Services
Zeros Codex provides web design and digital services. All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be detailed in a separate agreement or proposal.
Payment Terms

Final deliverables will be released upon full payment.
Late payments may incur additional fees or project delays.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide necessary content, branding assets, and timely feedback to ensure smooth project progress. Delays in providing materials may affect timelines.
Intellectual Property
Zeros Codex retains ownership of all design concepts, templates, and proprietary materials until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of delivered website content and design elements is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
Clients may not use our copyrighted materials outside the scope of their project without written permission.
Revisions
The number of revisions included in the project will be specified in the proposal.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Website Content and Accuracy
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content, images, and materials provided are legal, accurate, and do not infringe on third-party rights.
Zeros Codex is not responsible for legal issues arising from client-provided content.
Limitation of Liability
Zeros Codex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
While we make every effort to ensure your website functions correctly, we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Termination
Either party may terminate the project in writing.
In the event of termination, the client will be billed for work completed up to that point.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved under Florida jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
